My name is Alexandros Liossatos, or Alexie. I am a cinematographer and editor from Kefalonia, Greece, currently based in Berlin.

I hold a BA in Film Production, have over ten years of video editing experience, and have worked as a freelance cinematographer and gaffer across  an extensive range of international film productions.

Growing up across three countries shaped my perspective on identity and belonging. Video games, early amateur internet videos and dreams became my creative refuge. They nurtured my love for the playful, sensitive and carefully crafted nature of visual storytelling.

Filmmaking is my way of preserving and celebrating childlike curiosity and translating inner emotions and dreams into images. Through my work, I aim to highlight the beauty of our world and create moments of fantasy and escapism for people to enjoy.
